As Floor Supervisor at OurHouse, you'll be the heartbeat of the restaurant floor, leading the front-of-house team through service, building genuine relationships with our members, and making sure every visit feels effortless.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility. You'll set the tone for service, step up as Manager on Duty when needed, and be a key part of what makes OurHouse feel like home to our members.

What You'll Do

• Lead the FOH team through service — briefings, delegation, and keeping standards high

• Build warm, long-term relationships with members and their families

• Handle member feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally

• Support training, development, and scheduling of the floor team

• Oversee opening and closing duties and act as Manager on Duty when required

• Drive upselling and support the team's menu knowledge

• Manage the digital ordering platform, keeping it accurate and up to date

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or senior FOH experience in a busy restaurant or members' club

• A natural leader — calm, confident, and warm with both team and members

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to hold multiple priorities

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences

• Good working knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
