Creche & Kids Club Recruiter

London (Support Office with travel across our clubs) | 12-month fixed-term contract | £40,000–£45,000

At OurHouse, we’re building London’s best family members’ clubs: places where families play, learn, eat, move and connect together. With five new houses opening in 2027, we’re looking for a Creche & Kids Club Recruiter to build the teams at the heart of every house.

The role

You’ll own all creche and kids club recruitment across OurHouse for the next 12 months. That means building the creche and kids club teams for five new houses opening in 2027, and keeping our existing houses fully staffed. As we work towards Ofsted registration for our kids clubs, you’ll make sure every person who joins is qualified, thoroughly checked and ready to care for our youngest members.

What you’ll do

Run end-to-end recruitment for practitioners and team members, from sourcing to offer.
Plan hiring with for each opening so every team is in place on time.
Lead safer recruitment, including qualification and reference checks.
Support in designing and deliver assessment days for volume hiring.
Build partnerships with childcare colleges, training providers and early years networks.
Track progress in our ATS and report on time to hire and cost per hire.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in early years or childcare.
A strong understanding of safer recruitment and Ofsted requirements.
Confidence sourcing candidates in a competitive market.
Excellent organisation and the ability to run several campaigns at once.
A warm, professional approach with candidates and managers alike.
